to protecting your privacy, providing a safe payment environment
for you, and to preventing Spam for all of us. Follow-up for
your shipped order and any news about our book or future events
are made confidentially by us to your choice of approved email
or phone contact. For your safety, we will never send an attachment
within our emails to you. No personal information is released
to a third party at this time. However, if there are any third
party offers in the future that we think you might be interested
in, your written consent will be first secured for you to choose
participation in the program. |

III(THREE) is exclusively sold
on this site as a hand numbered, personalized 1000 copy Collector's
Edition. We appreciate your partnership, as your purchase contributes
to supporting our production, printing and marketing expenses.
Exchange requests for damaged books will be investigated if
email notification is made within 30 days from order shipment.
Refunds will be honored, per email request--less any processing
charges, when allowed per law--for orders not yet shipped. |

All orders will be shipped
within 1-3 days of order receipt via U.S. media mail (2-14
day delivery) within the U.S. You can also select on the order
form: Priority Mail (normally 2-3 days, but can sometimes
take as long as media mail) or Express Mail (which is guaranteed
by USPS for next day shipping). Delivery confirmation tracking
numbers are attached to all domestic shipments.
International Shipments:
At this time, only credit card payment is accepted by our
bank for non-U.S. orders. Because shipping and credit card
processing vary for each country, please email
