All winners/participants for any of the promotions below shall hold Crystal Haidl, UnConventional Books/Thoughts, and all parties working directly or undirectly with UC Books, in partnership, under contract, employ, or impromptu association of any kind, and any third-party vendors, and media, harmless of any and all physical, financial or emotional damages or costs to winners’/participants’ property, self and any of their parties or witnesses affected in any way by the winner/participants’ involvement with the promotion.

Crystal Haidl is not a sexologist, psychologist or sexual health professional. All communication with her is on a non-professional
individual to individual basis. No sexual or intimate touch will be implied with this promotion. All parties acknowledge that the
promotions are created for good-will entertainment purposes only, no other relationship or commitment is intended. Sexual
language and description will be used. Crytsal Haidl has the right to stop a conversation at any time if she feels it might be
abusive or harmful to either party.

Winner/participants accept full responsibility for any phone, e-mail, ecommerce or any travel charges for their own or any
witness or party associated with them. The 33-minute Phone Sex promotion has no financial value, and Crystal Haidl will endeavor to call up to 3 times to start or complete the conversation. The Clean House Contest has a maximum value up to $400, and Crystal Haidl alone can determine if the prize needs to be defaulted, for any reason.

All participants agree to live or taped voice/ image recording, as applicable, and are willing to be interviewed by the media via phone/email using at least their first name and region where they live. All participant/winners must be over 18 years of age.

All email correspondence in association with these promotions become the property of UC Books/Thoughts and are subject to publications. The winner/participant must use an e-mail address that is allowed for their personal use.

Selection:
The first 15 e-mails received from any syndicated show audience, first 5 e-mails received the from any local show, and if an allotment still remains, then a drawing will be made from other emails submitted.

Conversation:
Fun, informative, comfortable; discussion will be flexible to the comfort level and topic interest of both Crystal and the winner.

Each Email Entry must state:

Provide 3 best days and times of the week for conversation
Time zone
Radio show that you hard the promotion on.

Winner promises that they will endeavor to talk responsibly with 3 people over the age of 18 , about sexual feeling, in 30 days.
(Parents may include their minor children. All others must have parent’s/guardian’s written permission to talk to anyone under 18 about sex under this promotion)

House Cleaning Grand Prize - Rules and Disclaimers

One winner will be selected from a random drawing of all those who bought a copy of the 1000 book edition.
Drawing will be held after all allowable copies of III are sold

Selection:
Open to cleaning any US residence within1 hour of major airport and easy access to the home; Prize is transferable, including for non-US winner. Notification will be made by email, phone or US mail. Winner must contact Crystal within 2 weeks after the notification was sent, or a new winner will be selected. Winner must agree to security confirmations. Date and time of cleaning, type of cleaning and lunch options will be agreed to in writing during itinerary process for both parties. Winner must sign the rules agreement and any other legal attachments required before the visit. Cleaning supplies will be furnished by the winner, with Crystal’s agreement.

Visit:
Crystal will clean home a maximum 3 hours before lunch/dinner and talk with winner during the cleaning.
Lunch/dinner will be no longer that 1- 1/2 hours
